Hot buffetsWe can't make substitutions or allergy accommodations: onion and garlic are in most dishes and everything is prepared in shared pans. We do not provide servers, bartenders, linens or rentals. Round out the party with appetizer trays and dessert catering; the Italian pasta buffet and the taco and fajita bar have their own pages.

Our private banquet room seats up to 120 guests and is complimentary when we cater. Any of the holiday packages above can be served in the room, buffet style, ready to serve.

Turkey is roasted and carved, brisket sliced, buffets and platters built the morning of your event. Everything leaves our Clairemont Mesa kitchen hot and timed to your delivery slot.
We set up buffet style with chafing dishes, plates, napkins and utensils, and leave it hot and ready to serve.

10 guests for buffets and the holiday turkey and brisket buffet, 10 meals for individual boxed holiday meals, and 5 for sandwich platters and box lunches. Groups of 10 to 200 are our everyday range.
Fresh roasted turkey carved for you, Sliced beef brisket or spiral ham (or mix), Assortment of homestyle sides, Fresh dinner rolls & butter, Fresh green salad, Turkey gravy & cranberry sauce, Apple or pumpkin pie. Coffee and beverages, extra sides, rolls and pies can be added. From $21.95 per person with a 10-guest minimum.
Yes. Many offices pair the holiday buffet with sandwich platters or box lunches so everyone has a choice. Tell us the head count and we will quote the mix.
Yes. We deliver, set up buffet style with chafing dishes, plates, napkins and utensils, and leave everything hot and ready to serve. We do not provide servers, bartenders, linens or rentals.
Delivery is priced by drive time from our Clairemont Mesa kitchen, $19.95 to $74.95, across most of San Diego County. The exact fee shows when you enter your address in the online store, or we include it on your quote.
Yes. Christmas Eve deliveries and pickups run until 3:00 PM on Thursday, December 24, and Christmas Day from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Friday, December 25, with 48 hours' notice. Slots on both days are first come, first served.

Yes. Net-30 invoicing is available for established accounts, and we provide a W9 and certificate of liability insurance on request. First-time corporate clients can pay by card.
