Our standard lead time is 24 hours. On short-notice orders, not every specialty item will always be available. If something isn't, we'll call you before we deliver, explain the situation, and substitute something similar so your team still gets a great meal. We never leave you guessing.
Vegetarian choices are on every menu. We can't make substitutions or allergy accommodations: onion and garlic are in most dishes and everything is prepared in shared pans. Our deli menu is kosher-style, but we are not a kosher kitchen and can't guarantee meat and dairy separation.
Team size changed? Let us know up to 24 hours before your delivery. We can usually scale up or down without changing your per-person pricing. Our 10-guest minimum covers most small-team meetings easily.

24 hours notice is all we need for most corporate orders. On short-notice orders, a few specific items may not be available. If that happens, we'll reach out, let you know, and substitute something similar so your team still gets a great meal. Larger events (75+ people) are best booked 3–5 days out.
Yes. We regularly work with corporate AP and procurement teams. We can provide a W9, a certificate of liability insurance (COI), invoice under net-30 terms, and set up a recurring billing account for teams that order weekly or monthly. Just ask when you place your first order.
Yes. Our team arrives before your meeting, sets everything up on a clean buffet line with plates, napkins, serving utensils and cups, and leaves you ready to eat. Hot food stays hot and cold food stays cold. Setup, plates, napkins and utensils are included. Delivery is priced by drive time ($19.95 to $74.95), and online orders carry a 3% service fee. We don't provide servers, bartenders, linens or rentals.
