How many people does the room hold?
Up to 120 guests seated at rounds. Every layout, including theater and cocktail, is capped at 120.
What does the room cost?
Nothing when we cater the event. You pay for the food and drinks from our catering menu; the room, tables, chairs, projectors, microphone, WiFi and parking come with it. Holiday packages start at $15.95 per person for hot buffets and $21.95 for the holiday turkey and brisket buffet; see the holiday party catering page.
Is there parking?
Yes. Free on-site parking directly outside, and the room is on the ground floor with no stairs, off the 805 and the 163 in Clairemont Mesa.
Can we bring a cake or dessert?
Yes. Outside food is not permitted since we cater the meal, but you are welcome to supply your own dessert or cake.
Do you have a projector and microphone?
Yes. Two mounted projectors and screens, a speaker system, a microphone, WiFi and a USB-C music connection, plus adjustable lighting. Bring a laptop for slides or a playlist.
Can we do a presentation or a toast?
Yes. Companies use the projectors for year-end slides and awards, and the microphone for toasts and speeches. We set the room up for your program before guests arrive.
How do we check if our date is open?
Call or text (858) 353-5528 with your date and group size and we will confirm. Tell us whether it is a lunch or an evening party and we reply with a menu and a quote the same business day.
Do you provide servers?
No. The meal is set up buffet style with plates, napkins and utensils, hot and ready to serve, and we clear the buffet afterward. We do not provide servers, bartenders, linens, decor or rentals.
Can we order from the regular catering menu instead of the holiday packages?
Yes. Any of our catering menus, from deli platters and box lunches to hot buffets and a plated-style dinner menu with chicken, brisket, turkey breast or salmon, can be served in the room. Dinner menus are quoted on request.
Do you invoice companies?
Yes. Net-30 invoicing is available for established accounts, and we provide a W9 and certificate of liability insurance on request.
